I try to provide an interesting and personal slant in my reviews and will update this site on a semi-weekly basis. I have over 15 years of experience in all aspects of the
restaurant/hospitality industry, and with all different types of
cuisine.
Eventually I will be adding a form for people to post their own reviews and make comments.
