interesting places to eat for all pocketbooks wherever I go. I have over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry. After working as a Dishwasher, Busboy, Prep-Cook, Line Cook, Waiter, Chef, Host, and Manager, I feel that I am more qualified than your average restaurant-critic to offer insight into the world of culinary delight. Have you ever noticed that you never read anything bad about a restaurant in a newspaper? That's because newspapers sell ad-space to most of the restaurants they are reviewing. I don't work for a newspaper, so I'm not worried about insulting my advertisers.

1. Price 2. Quality of Service 3. Quality of Food 4. Value 5. Elegance/Ambiance 7. Noise Level/Acoustics
